Requirements
for the role:
You
have a great passion for excellent guest service and experience.
Comfortable
to work in a bit of untraditional framework.
The guest relations agent is part of the reception and reservations and
the tasks that follows with this
Will
always prioritise the guest well-being
Able
to convey the concept of The Norrmans Castle
Experience
from reception, reservations and guest relations, preferably also with
conferences.
Represent
The Norrmans in a professional and good manner at all times, as well as follow
and practice our company values
Comfortable
working in a small team where we help each other both in and outside our
department
Able
to work with a flexible schedule. We are seasonal based, and weekend and
holiday work are expected
Speak
English at a professional level, but Scandinavian language skills are valued
Able
to start from march 2023
