We are currently looking for a sous Chef to join our little team at The NorrmansCastle. We are a small boutique hotel with 27 rooms located in the Swedish countryside, where we aim to create an oasis were the everyday falls away and there is space to relax and simply enjoy the presence.
We pride ourselves in a warm and welcoming service, were good food and wine is a big part of our identity. Requirements for the role:
have a great passion for food and guest service. We work with local, seasonal
natural ability to lead in a calm and professional way.
always prioritise the guest well-being.
to convey the concept of The Norrmans Castle though the food you cook.
from a kitchen, preferably at a similar level.
The Norrmans in a professional and good manner at all times, as well as follow

working in a small team where we help each other both in and outside the kitchen
to work with a flexible schedule. We are seasonal based, and weekend and
holiday work is expected
in English, but Scandinavian language skills are valued.
